The transformative power of the IFS model is in embodied practice. We learn to better access our Self-energy and bring more harmony to our inner system as we grow in somatic awareness. Your Embodied Self explores "parts work" through a variety of self-reflective and somatic approaches such as journaling, mapping, sculpting, visualization, and Feldenkrais® lessons.
This class offers practical exercises, demonstrations, and group work to help you develop your unique embodied practice of connecting with your parts. Whether you are recovering from chronic symptoms or simply looking to deepen your Self-to-parts relationships, this class provides an array of experiential parts work.
This class is for those with a basic understanding of Internal Family Systems (IFS) who want to integrate that knowledge into their daily lives. If you are not sure if this class is right for you, contact me.
Students enrolled in this class are invited to attend my Feldenkrais classes at no extra charge and/or access audio recordings.

- The 6 F’s: Your Embodied Self will focus on the 6 F's (Find, Focus, Flesh Out, Feel Toward, BeFriend, and Fears).
- We use this model to help protective parts unblend (Find, Focus, and Flesh Out) and connect to them with Self-energy (Feel Toward, BeFriend, and learn about their Fears).
This class is for those with a basic understanding of Internal Family Systems (IFS) who want to integrate that knowledge into their daily lives. If you are not sure if this class is right for you, contact me.

IMPORTANT: This course provides information for your own self-reflection and is not a substitute for mental health counseling. If you are facing mental health challenges, please seek support from a therapist.
SELF-CARE: While I take care to create a safe and supportive class atmosphere, any self-reflective work can bring up emotions and/or concerns for participants that may not always feel comfortable. By registering for this course, students take responsibility for attending to their own nervous system and providing whatever self-soothing and self-care practices are needed.
