Having a clear, undistorted view of situations and parts, with a lack of projection.

Optional Pain Science Review
Dr. Rachel Zoffness is a "leading global pain expert and thought-leader revolutionizing the way we understand and treat pain." As she says, "It's easy to believe that pain lives exclusively in the body. But neuroscience reveals that pain is actually constructed by the brain."
Listen to Dr. Zoffness' recent interview on the Ezra Klein Show here.

PERCEIVING WITH CLARITY: IFS represented in a graphic

IFS (adjacent) - Deepening Understanding: TARA BRACH'S R.A.I.N.

Chapter One excerpted from Brach's latest book, Radical Compassion, explains her R.A.I.N. practice as a way to bring clarity to our "life moments." The imagery and examples she uses for a) "trance" vs b) "presence" are comparable to the way IFS refers to a) being blended with our parts vs b) being self-led.
