​In Awareness Through Movement (ATM) classes, students are verbally guided through slow, novel movement lessons that heighten our awareness of how we move. Each ATM explores a different movement sequence designed to evoke curiosity and clarify self-image for greater ease, flexibility, and confidence.

​No prior experience necessary. Awareness Through Movement classes are gentle enough for all ability levels and challenging enough for all who seek greater sensorimotor integration and a heightened sense of well-being.

These courses are designed for those with mindbody symptoms who are looking for support and additional somatic and self-reflective tools to advance their recovery.  Using the framework of Internal Family Systems, each session will focus on one facet of Self Energy.

  • Your Potent Self: the 5 P's ​
By learning to access more Self energy, we cultivate resiliency and enhance inner harmony. With compassion, curiosity, patience and even playfulness, we can get to know, befriend, and appreciate the many parts of us and move toward healing.

Find the support you need through your recovery from chronic pain and other mindbody symptoms. Our coaching sessions will help you  learn to "turn down" the danger signal in your brain that is fueling your symptoms. Our work will focus on Internal Family Systems (IFS) along with somatic awareness, mindfulness practices, emotional fluency, and creative expression to empower your journey toward greater well being.  

Mindbody coaching is personally-tailored to your experience and can lead you to greater comfort and ease, opening you to greater energy for life and creativity. You are resilient!
